The Heirloom Process

A Thoughtful Beginning

Each Magnolia Thread Co. heirloom begins with a conversation. Once your design details are finalized, a deposit is required to reserve your place in my production schedule.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your custom heirloom.
The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or shipment.

Because each piece is created specifically for you, deposits secure materials, design time, and studio scheduling.

Timeline

Custom heirlooms are typically completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity and current order volume.

If you have a specific date in mind, please include it in your request form.

Shipping

Heirlooms may be picked up locally or shipped within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of final invoice.

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.
