Processing Time

Processing time does not include shipping time.
During busy seasons, holidays, or large custom orders, processing time may be slightly longer. If this occurs, customers will be notified.
Custom Orders
Custom heirloom pieces, quilts, and specialty embroidery projects may require additional time depending on the design and level of personalization.
Turnaround time for custom heirloom orders will be discussed before work begins.
Shipping Time
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the shipping option selected at checkout.
