Because each Magnolia Thread Co item is custom embroidered and personalized, all monogrammed and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please carefully review spelling, monogram initials, font choice, and design selections before submitting your order. If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Due to personalized nature of these heirloom pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

- Custom embroidered pieces
- Personalized baby gifts
